What's it like?...
A real find, unless you work in the area - in which case you will already be familiar with excellent food and the extensive wine list (not as Italian as we hoped it might be however).
An unprepossessing exterior opens onto a well-lit bar area and tables laid out cheek-by-jowl in the continental style. The relaxed atmosphere is clearly popular with everyone from local suits to families or friends dropping in for a quick glass or a bite to eat.
Good value on any occasion, we enjoyed an authentic Italian experience where we least expected to find it. |
