A classic and very well made fino from a small independent bodega. It is pale straw to look at and has an aroma of lemons, turkish delight and almonds. On the palate, the wine is very dry, crisp and with flavours of apples and lemons.
Drink this young, chilled and as an accompaniment to seafood. |
