 Wine Review - 01 10 2003
It's all about having fun & learning about wine.
This week's wine was:
|
 |
 |
Etoile Filante Viognier 2001 |
| Producer: |
n/a |
| Origin: |
Languedoc, France |
| Vintage: |
2001 |
| Price: |
£6.99 |
| Bought in: |
Oddbins |
|
Carefully cultivated, the Viognier grapes going into this wine have been grown to perfection and harvested at their peak of ripeness. The wine has the characteristic peachy, apricot aroma and is full, smooth and fruity in the mouth.
A delicious example of Viognier and an affordable drop of something a little different. |
